All on 4 Plus
Restore Your Smile With Brighton’s Premium All on 4 Plus Providers
This revolutionary procedure was developed to replace ALL teeth ON FOUR implants, hence the name. The benefits of having less implants? Better looking results that are long-lasting and easier to clean and maintain.
What are All on 4 Plus Dental Implants?
An advanced dental implant procedure, All on 4 Plus was originally developed as a permanent alternative to removable dentures. All on 4 Plus dental implants use four precisely placed implants on the upper and lower jaw, supporting all the new teeth and eliminating the need to get a single implant for every single missing tooth.
The great thing about All on 4 Plus implants is that they function just like your natural teeth giving you up to 95% of your normal chewing ability compared to traditional dentures, which cover the roof of your mouth (palate) hindering your normal motion.
Unlike traditional dentures which can take weeks to fit, mould and fabricate, All on 4 Plus implants allow you to have your new teeth within a matter of days.
How do All on 4 Plus Implants Work?
To truly understand All on 4 Plus implants and whether they could be the right option for you, it helps to know a little bit about dental implants in general.
A dental implant is a small screw-like prosthesis made from titanium that is fitted to the jawbone, essentially replacing the natural root of the missing tooth. When the implant has healed, a porcelain crown is attached to the prosthesis resulting in a functional, natural-looking tooth.
The benefit of an All on 4 Plus implant is that it eliminates the need to insert an implant for every missing tooth. Instead, All on 4 Plus implants are precisely placed on the upper and lower jaw to support all of your new teeth, giving the appearance of a complete and natural-looking smile.
Are All on 4 Plus Implants Right For You?
All on 4 Plus implants are suitable for a range of people including the elderly who want to be rid of the constraints of traditional dentures, to people experiencing a wide range of tooth and gum issues where the teeth are so badly damaged they need to be replaced.
Dentures have been around for years, however implant technology and treatment has evolved. These days, dental dentures are so well made they look like natural teeth, and they’re permanent. Meaning no overnight soaking by the bedside.
Well-constructed properly fitted dentures can transform your life. So if you’re looking for an alternative to traditional dentures, get in touch with the team at Lifestyle Smiles today for a complimentary smile consultation and take the first step towards achieving your perfect smile.

The All on 4 Plus Process
Initial Consultation & Examination
An initial examination will be done to assess the condition and health of your teeth. If your existing teeth cannot be restored and you wish to have them replaced with dental implants, then further diagnostic tests will be carried out to determine suitability.
Taking of Digital Records
We record all the necessary information, intra-oral images and X-rays to determine a suitable treatment plan and timeline. We will then discuss your treatment options, the All on 4 Plus procedure and what happens on the day of the surgery.
The Procedure
Your surgery will be scheduled, sometimes as soon as two weeks after your initial examination. Unlike traditional dentures which can take weeks to fit, mould and fabricate, All on 4 Plus implants allow you to have your new teeth within a matter of days.
On the day of surgery, you can choose to be sedated or you can opt to remain awake during your procedure. Surgery generally takes between 1-2 hours depending on the complexity of the operation.
All on 4 Plus Costs
Our fees start from $25,000
As an advanced dental procedure, the cost of All on 4 Plus can be substantial with one full arch ranging from $25,000-$32,000.
