Business Information

What are your trading hours?

Lifestyle Smiles is open on weekdays between 9:00am to 5.30pm. We are closed Public holidays.

We are open on Saturdays and offer extended weekday hours, by special appointment.

Please contact us or book an appointment to find a time that suits you.

Do you offer extended operating hours?

Yes. We open evenings and weekends by appointment only.

I have an emergency, is there someone I can see immediately?

Certainly, we pride ourselves in seeing all emergencies on the day. Please call our Emergency Patient Hotline on (03) 9593-1811 or contact us today.

Do you provide warranty on your treatments?

As health professionals we are not legally allowed to give any treatment a warranty period. However, we stand by the quality of our treatments, so please speak with our dentists regarding your treatment and you’ll be given a quality assurance within a reasonable time-frame depending on the type of treatment you’re having.

We are conveniently located in the heart of Brighton’s CBD. Our address is Shop 2, 28 Carpenter Street, Brighton Victoria 3186.

I’m a nervous patient, but I can’t delay this treatment any longer. Can you help me?

Absolutely, our dentists and dental hygienists are very gentle and highly skilled. We are committed to helping you achieve the best dental care and make you feel at ease throughout the entire experience.

We see nervous patients all the time and offer Dental Sedation treatment to help reduce any pain or ill-feeling towards these treatments, so that when you wake up everything will be over!

Payment & Financing

How can I pay for my treatment?

We accept all forms of payment including cash, cheque, and EFTPOS. We accept all types of credit cards – including VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

For our patients with private health insurance, we accept all health funds including Bupa, Medibank, HCF etc. Our Patient Co-ordinator will process your rebate at the clinic to help minimise your gap payment. The rebate amount will depend on various factors, such as the type and level of cover, so please speak with us prior to treatment if you have any concerns.

Do you offer finance options?

Absolutely, as we want to ensure that all our patients receive the best treatment possible, and would be glad to tailor a payment plan, including interest-free finance through Denticare.

I have private health insurance and would like to know my gap payment before starting treatment

We advise our patients to check with their health funds to see how much their cover is for General and Major dental treatments. Every health fund is different and their policies can change at any time. If you’re not sure what you’re covered for then our Patient Co-ordinator would be delighted to assist at your next appointment.

I have an upcoming wedding and would like to get teeth whitened for the bridal party – do you offer group discount?
