Do you provide warranty on your treatments?
As health professionals we are not legally allowed to give any treatment a warranty period. However, we stand by the quality of our treatments, so please speak with our dentists regarding your treatment and you’ll be given a quality assurance within a reasonable time-frame depending on the type of treatment you’re having.

Absolutely, our dentists and dental hygienists are very gentle and highly skilled. We are committed to helping you achieve the best dental care and make you feel at ease throughout the entire experience.
We see nervous patients all the time and offer Dental Sedation treatment to help reduce any pain or ill-feeling towards these treatments, so that when you wake up everything will be over!
Payment & Financing
How can I pay for my treatment?
We accept all forms of payment including cash, cheque, and EFTPOS. We accept all types of credit cards – including VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
For our patients with private health insurance, we accept all health funds including Bupa, Medibank, HCF etc. Our Patient Co-ordinator will process your rebate at the clinic to help minimise your gap payment. The rebate amount will depend on various factors, such as the type and level of cover, so please speak with us prior to treatment if you have any concerns.
Do you offer finance options?
I have private health insurance and would like to know my gap payment before starting treatment
We advise our patients to check with their health funds to see how much their cover is for General and Major dental treatments. Every health fund is different and their policies can change at any time. If you’re not sure what you’re covered for then our Patient Co-ordinator would be delighted to assist at your next appointment.
