Initial Consultation
The first step is booking an initial consultation, where our team will take a 3D Cone Beam CT X-Ray to assess your bone and determine if All on 4 Plus is right for you. During this visit, we will explain the full treatment plan and costs, and help you organise a payment plan or release of super if you’re choosing either of these options. We also offer General Anaesthetic during your treatment and will discuss this option with you.

Surgery Preparation
All on 4 Plus® Implant Surgery
On the day of your surgery, you’ll be prepared for sleep dentistry by your anaesthetist and surgical nurse. When you wake up 4-6 hours later, all your teeth will be removed, and implants placed. You’ll recover in our recovery bed and receive your fixed temporary All-on-4 Plus teeth. We will assess and adjust the colour, shape, and alignment with the aim of achieving the best possible fit and appearance for your final teeth. Then, you’ll go home and return 24 hours later to receive your final set of teeth.
