Peter came to me with various problems of his teeth, but the main concern was the appearance of his front two upper incisors. He had a root canal treatment in his upper right front tooth which subsequently had a metal post placed to reinforce the tooth. Getting the final crown colour right the first time is always challenging when there’s a metal post. As you can see the final crown on the upper right incisor was still slightly whiter than the rest. However, Peter was ecstatic and wasn’t interested in getting it 100%. At the end of the day, if our patients are happy, we’re happy. In addition, his lower front teeth were slightly crooked and he was missing a back molar. We straightened his lower teeth in 2 months via a course of Inman Aligner, and placed a dental implant for the missing tooth at the back.
